Le Centre de Formation des Producteurs Ruraux (CFPR) de Boghé, en collaboration avec l’INAP-FTP et le Projet d’Appui à l’Employabilité et à l’Insertion Socio-Économique des Jeunes Vulnérables (PEJ-BAD), vient d’achever avec succès une formation qualifiante au profit de 105 jeunes issus de la région du Brakna.
Cette initiative, placée sous l’égide du Ministère de l’Autonomisation des Jeunes, de l’Emploi, des Sports et du Service Civique, s’inscrit dans le cadre du renforcement de l’employabilité et de l’insertion socio-économique des jeunes, en particulier dans les métiers liés à l’agriculture et à l’élevage.
Des objectifs clairs et atteints
Cette formation a permis de :
- Développer les compétences techniques et pratiques des jeunes dans des filières porteuses ;
- Favoriser leur intégration dans le monde du travail grâce à des stages en entreprises ;
- Promouvoir la formation inclusive, notamment pour les filles et les jeunes en situation de handicap ;
- Encourager la création d’activités génératrices de revenus dans les zones rurales.
Des filières adaptées aux besoins du marché rural
Les 105 bénéficiaires ont été formés dans quatre spécialités essentielles du secteur agro-pastoral :
- Auxiliaire vétérinaire
- Production avicole (aviculture)
- Transformation et conservation des produits agroalimentaires
- Maraîchage
Ces formations ont combiné des cours en centre et des apprentissages en milieu professionnel, offrant une expérience complète et concrète.

Sous la coordination de l’INAP-FTP, les formateurs et tuteurs du CFPR ont assuré :
- un suivi pédagogique rigoureux,
- une formation pratique sur le terrain,
- et une évaluation continue des acquis des apprenants.
